cavaddict At last!! Fingers crossed i'll be getting the inlet flanges wire eroded today. Finally got a bit of space on its production run to fit me in. Will post up some pics when they're sorted. Would have been soooo much quicker if i'd just manually milled em on the quiet :silent:

cavaddict Getting a little closer with the flanges. Spark eroded most of it but gonna have to finish it off on the miller as the eroder doesn't seem to like doing a stack of 4 lol. Should have them done early next week....just gotta settle on a design then and build em up π

The zafira engine bay is the same layout as the astra originally my airbox was on the 0/s/f wing the reason I moved to the other side is to improve direct dense airflow. which is surely the pursuit of all high power seekers which is why I made this staement "only for serious followers of power need apply"
