just a quick update, i have now got the astra running ok, ive got to sort out a pernament solution to my clutch line-master cylinder attachment,
at the moment i just have some pressure hose and clamps holding it in place so it can be moved for welding and testing etc,
tbh im just going to make a mini 120*ish manifold out of gauge plate and have it running directly along the bulkhead.
and joy of joy ive found a little rural garage down the road that builds classic cars and deals with aftermarket ecu's quite a bit who have agreed to tune it on the rolling road in around 3 weeks! :thumbup:
ive also got an annoying small leak coming out of a stupid ill fitting pressure plate that saab or whoever have unwisely stuck in the thermostat housing!!!
its a teardrop plate only held in on one side and it sucks!!!
i dont really wanna k-seal it but may have to as the thermostat housing is well buried and difficult to accsess :thumbdown:
still plenty of time to iron out my creases......... is that a light i can see at the end of the tunnel???......
