take off air intake pipe
undo the 4 bolts on the throttle body & remove
for the fuel rail move the coolant hose off the clips on the top
should be two bolts on either side of the fuel rail bolted into the head, before you do that undo the big metal fuel pipes and put to once side
there might be one or 2 smaller bolts hooked up to the inlet manifold but i cant be sure
then prise out the fuel rail, be careful not to lose any seals on the injectors, unplug injectors from loom and put to one side
now unbolt the ecu off the inlet manifold and hang over the cam cover with the injector wiring
now you will see the bolts for the inlet manifold, as for the rest it is straght forward
if you dont feel confident or comfortable doing it then dont m8 cos if something goes wrogn and yuo havent a clue what your doing then your really shafted
personally i would run the car and let it blow the rubber seal out, either way it will melt and be disintegrated, just make sure you got a bit of oil in the cylinders when you start her as it could help blow the ring out, it might get a bit smokey concerning your exhaust but it will settle down
