The beauty with these manifolds is that the throttle body bore hole can be machined out to aid larger throttle bodies as well as having the ports flowed & polished to match the inlet tracts

what type of seal does it use for manifold to head ? does it have the rubber rings like the std z22se manifold or a normal style gasket
oh and where abouts are you ?

One can order a standard B207 or Z20net gasket
It has quite a generous allowance for gasflowing

with the saab inlet manifold is it a straight swap for a vectra one? and if so what sort of gains would you get?

yes direct replacement
it wont give a huge increase on its own but if combined with other tuning
it will act as a positive rather than a restrictive unlike other inlets namely standard and 2.4 inlets
granted the ultimate is a plenum which I also have for sale this will promote to 240bhp as I have acheived @ courtney

Incorrect

it IS a GM race manifold that I converted to take either standard TB or 68mm TB

the manifold is better suited to rear applications (vx220)

I fitted it onto my Zafira but had to move lots incuding battery

My plenum is superior to dbilas

I have used both

on my engine with GM best RR run 241bhp @7500
on my engine with bdilas best RR run 221bhp @7000

I knew it looked similar, never realised it was a genuine GM inlet, thats a very good price for a GM inlet
