Strange oil pressure z22se

Hello everyone. I have a strange problem with the engine(z22se). When the car is cold, at startup it takes 5-10 seconds until oil pressure builds up. When the vehicle is hot, it shortens to 1-2 seconds. The idle is steady At 5 bars, it drops to 3 bars when the engine get to working temperature. The maximum pressure is 4.5 bar and does not rais higher . Pressing the gas paddle at third gear, from 4000 rpm to 6000, the pressure drops to 3 bar. After that,In idle at traffic light, 3 bar. No engine noise,feel Powerful. I replaced two oil pressure clocks. The reading are the same. I checked and replaced the piston and spring of the Release valve of the pump. No difference. Can anyone help? I was advised to replace an oil pump. Thank you and good day

Thicker oil will produce a higher pressure when cold
Rule of thumb is 10psi per 1000rpm I do have data for the oil presure with 5/30 oil from mine with the balance del peak hits 120psi
You could try changing the timing cover oil pump maybe the internal case has warn

Replace the pressure sensor, they usually only go to 10 bar and do have a tenancy to fail.
