SAAB/LSJ cylinder head

I'm looking for a SAAB head and been up a few blind alleys :?

So I'm looking for a part number. I've found one in the GM build book:

XGH614 GM Racing

I'm going to try SAAB direct so figured it might be best to have the correct number to start with.

This one is an exhaust ported by GMR LSJ head, it is not the part number of the OE part.

That's the only part number I could find.

Even that one isn't listed on Gm's web site now.

Does anyone have the part number or model, year for the car etc ? then I can go into the dealers armed

any 2003> saab 93 petrol turbo B207 engine

From my french Z20NET EPC :

part numbers : 93177566 and 93185239 depending of the engine numbers apparently

try ringing around the breakers, they go for about £300 ish

Do these SAABs have the F23 box?

It's just that I've found a complete taxed and tested car for £250. So Free engine and box there then and scrap the rest

the cheapest 2003> saab 93 (vector) on auto trader is £3990 and it has 127k on the clock !

what horse power/boost are the valves rated to in the lsj head?

Springs are RPM limited, not really power (boost can be a limit factor, but high boost only)

Yep, expect the biopower versions that have even stronger valves and seats
