hi everyone, i had both my chain kits replaced in november last year as the balance shaft chain was slack.
when i start the car when cold it rattles and sounds a bit rough untill warmed up.
i change the oil every 6 six weeks with vauxhall 5 / 30 and run a flush through.
the exhaust manifold has been changed as it had cracked and a new vauxhall cat fitted.
when the cars warm its almost silent.
i serve my time with ford and to me this doesnt seem right a mate of mine works for vauxhall and he says it quite normal in warm weather.
anyone got any ideas as this is getting on my t...s?
