Pc to tv?

. What would happen if I plugged a male to male connection from pc to tv in the pc socket on my tv? I have one coming now Should work i some format and will still need the audio cable.

Tv looks much like my Sammy.
A word of warning the cheap/old cables may not be capable of 1080P and theres no way of knowing unless it is a new release in the last 10 months or so or that it says 1080P. HD aint suffice.
These better cables cost and are needed for the longer runs where signal quality reduces over the length, some have had it at 5M, max is about 9/10m. Wouldnt quible too much for a 1M length even at £50but i need around 6M.
I would have a look in your manual as regards setting up another display including the sizing, get it wrong and you will be popping next door to see where your mouse or icons have moved to notsure.gif weird.
