my dog just howls when he can hear me pull up on the drive and then jumps in the air and spins and lands in the same place

She only makes those noises when the wife comes home. When I pull up, she knows I'm there, but just barks and wags her tail.

Is she a mommies girl Matt, does your mrs walk and feed it.

Both of ours leap from asleep into welcome mode when any of us are about 50 yards away. They can tell by the sound of the car or bike.
