Modified car insurance ?

Now the tax & mot is sorted, it's soon time for the insurance

I have full no claims, clean licence, annual mileage is under 7000mls, I'm quite old ( 38 ) and it's domestic & pleasure only, so I don't post too much of a risk !

I'd like full comp, and good cover takes president over cheap quotes.

Who do you recommend for modified car insurance ?

adrian flux are good for mods dunno..

I've heard some good things about Adrian Flux on VVOC, but I've heard some bad things about them on there too dunno..

The biggest problem with insurance companies is you don't find out how good/bad they are until you need to make a claim, and by then it's too late

Try Chris Knott they were half the price quoted by flux

and are "Mod Friendly". They will also price match most other company's

Dont go anywhere near Direct Line... absolutly crap!!!. they are a nightmare when you claim...

i think most insurers are a nightmare to claim as no one wants to pay out :roll:

Exactly, it's in their interest NOT to have to pay out, that's what making money is about. Most will do ALL they can to avoid paying out

Adrian flux for me, £267 with all mods declared, like for like on all bodykits, wheels etc and agreed price for write off.
