What system are you running? Any one who knows anything about ICE will tell you to stay away from Power Caps, they are a waste of money.

check my system out in tha gargae m8...my kenwwod amp that runs the sub is power hungry....it dims most of the lights in the car

Why do you think they are a waste of money Matt? I have heard completely different story as they do provide a better bass response as the power can come from the cap rather than the battery

You can acheive the same results as a power cap by upgrading the 3 earth points in the set up.

Have you upgraded the big three? The alt to battery/battery to earth/engine to chassis cables?

A bigger battery could be an option. The biggest that would fit in the standard position.

A cap is useless.

Bigger battery, second battery, bigger alternator. They are the real options.

There are hundreds of threads on all ICE websites talking about how caps are a waste of money, and that it's always better to upgrade the battery, bigger alternator, and the 3 earth points as above. All a cap does it act like a fancy little battery, which "looks good". Most of the time, they don't cure the symptoms of dimming lights etc, as the rest of the system can't cope.

If it was my choice, I'd go for a second battery, and split charge it, and upgrade the 3 earth points. Failing that, bet a bigger alternator, like one of a big diesel engine.
