Well sort of...
after 18 months without Vauxhall ownership after selling my coupe I am currently looking for a VX220. rallygif
looks like I will be going for a z22se engined one so i might be a regular back on here again (not that I was a heavy poster before)

Good to see some familar names still floating around on here... cheers..

anybody know of a nice cheap Vx220 in the London area for sale 63..

theres a cheap vx220 on the bay, not sure why it's so cheap though, worth a look dunno..

a set of tyres = £500

front clam paint job = £350 (they all chip so easily

)

you will always need to travel to find a good vx220 what..

I think the owner posted a thread on the vx220 site, there were a few things it needed but he decided to sell 'as is' rather than fix the few bits

they wasn't major, just minor niggles

It did my head in having to wait 3 days over a weekend to pick the Vectra up, don't envy your 2 weeks

So many things to sort before I pick it up it has to be 2 weeks.
The best things are always worth waiting for 63..

they are great cars, just don't drive fast when the roads are damp / wet

also don't give it full throttle coming out of a corner until the steering wheel is straight

the vx220 will bite you and bite you hard if you don't respect it
