Z22SE How much for an engine?

The missus wants to rebuild a Z22SE so in the new year I may be looking to get one for her to mess with.

What's the going rate for a non-screwed Z22??

Don't mind rattly chains but would prefer it to be basically sound.

It's what she does with it afterwards that worries me.. the word 'Corsa' has been mentioned and the way she was spying Carls supercharger just freaks me out a bit.

She's more than capable, was at college doing her City & Guilds in mechanicky stuff when I met her in 1993 and worked in a number of garages, done a bit of MoT testing and ended up at a Vx dealer - then my son came along in 2005 and it's just been our own stuff since.

Theres a few on facebook at the minute. A semi good engine your talking around 150/200.

Didn't even think to look on facebook...

Under £200 is good though.. I was hoping (when the time comes) it'd be in the region of £150 give or take.. might have to wait til we move (or decide for certain we're staying put).
Don't really want to add a 2.2 engine on a stand to the list of crap that has to change location..
