Headkit, Timing chain & balancing chain advice.

I'm going to be fixing my vectra. It has a stretched chain and I'm assuming some bent valves. I'd just like advice on the parts I'm going to be using. I've put links below. Anyone know of any better kits? Is this everything I need? I'll be taking up space in my dads garage to do it, so I need all the parts ready to go back on.

Timing Chain

That timing chain and balancing chain will be just over £200. The one on here from the shop will be £310. Is there really that much difference ?

Exactly what I was wanting to hear. A reasonably priced kit that someone had actually used. Decided to whip the head off first just to see how much damage there is before ordering parts. All I know is that it has a stretched chain.
