Groaning/ Squeeking

When i pull off or reverse i get a wierd groaning/ squeeking noise. It's just as i've brought the clutch up and the car moves. I did think it was my rear calipers but have changed these and its still making the noise. Could it be my fronts sticking? Wouldn't be anything to do with my clutch would it? notsure.gif

Could be a noisey release bearing, i remember that i had a simular noise on my old Astra

Sorry to sound stupid...but whats a release bearing? lol.
