received new V5 today so i ordered new pass code

for ecu / immob security keys

took 9 days

this is what p**ses me off cos he couldnt even be arsed to post it after i bought the car

received phone call from the dealer

wants to settle by way of full refund

car is going back tomorrow

very relieved tbh

dont want to jump the gun but refreshing to see a dealer acting on disputes like this

i just chuck it back on ebay

lets see what happens tomorrow though as i aint got my cash yet

sent my 3rd letter off to him today to confirm he has for the 2nd time offered me a refund

when you go to small claims u have to look the reasonable party and explore every avenue before suing for costs
