In my quest to work out what to do next,
i found a site called http://www.hiflowheads.co.uk/
ive enquired and itll be 400 quid + vat for stage 3 work
plus 10 quid for an exhaust valve and 8.50 for an inlet

this seem reasonable ? I believe they have a good rep.

Then im getting a pair of piper cams to go on top probably.
(unless i just go normal engine way)

is that for a standard valve ?

otherwise not a bad price for the head work

standard valve and looking at the table on the site, the valves are modded too, they seem pretty reasonable as well
