Can chain tensioner were to buy

Hi all to cut a long story short my Astra has been sat up for approx 9 months now my brother had a z20net Vectra that had a slight rattle so put my tensioner in his car well the idiot went a nd crashed the car and the insurance company had taken car with his old tensioner in boot and mine in engine now my question is could anyone point me in the right direction to buy new tensioner without having to buy a new kit as I only replaced the kit 2-3k ago cheers in advance

it's almost as cheap to buy the full kit rather than just a tensioner on it's own

I got mine as an aftermarket from Germany. Working well on my car.
Tensioner is z20net.

Was like 70 euros. convert it to gbp if u like

Try autovaux cheaper than the main vaux dealers for genuine gm parts.

Or you could try lmf that's where I bought mine from iirc were about £100 per chain set they may sell the tensioner separately. These sets have all the gm part no stamped on them as well, when I enquired about them I was told that they were made by the Co who makes the vx kits but white box hence having all the gm part nos stamped on them.
