I haven't cut anything this is exactly how it was before so when I changed the hids I just replaced what was there actually I did change the size of the two spade connectors but it's no different lol

I think the problem is someone 3 years ago did a good job a sold it to a mug that tore the arse out of it made it look good by hiding things but In my defence I clocked most of the problems got it cheaper and I really liked the shell more than anything the thought of a chain driven engine was not the plan as I was going to red top it I had an engine but then got to like the 2.2 way to much.. And tbf I've only spent about £500 on it so far and it's earned me far more so it's due some money lol (soz for the essay) lol

Only teasing Bud, my coupe was an absolute mess when I got it. I'm starting to get a list which is grown and grown, exhaust blown, front bumper was badly damaged at its last mot, headlights starting to get really discoloured and no doubt something else will need done for mot. Just glad I got all the brake lines done for last mot as I think the rust was probably holding in the brake fluid lol

the h7 head lamp plug on the astra plugs in to the ballast
the only thing i had to do was remove the plastic lock on the inside of the connector then swap the wires over to reverse the polarity

My nans got a farm so I've had various farm cars from 13 most being vauxhall Novas a few I did up with my dad and sold others were striped some were blown up round the field :) but since legal my car list is

1. Mk4 escort 1.3 but rs turbo replica
2. 1.3 sr nova with a 1.8 8v cav engine cos I blew a tennis ball size hole in the 1.3 block :)
3. Gsi nova 150bhp best car in the world
4. Kia mentor lol
5. 1.2 5 door corsa b
6. 98 ford mondeo 1800 Zetec which actually wasn't a bad car lol
7. Renault laguna 1.8 from my dad he had it ten years I killed it in 6 months lol blew 2 gearboxes doing burnouts :)
8 renault megane 1.6 16v (my megane) :) in the barn covered up
9. Another megane 1.6
10. Renault scenic In the barn for bits for my megane
11. 2.2 Astra van

Tell me about it everytime I fix something 4 more things appear all my brakes need doing the discs are awful lol
it's a lot easier working on a vauxhall than a renault though

My mechanic would have to agree, he much preferred my astra coming than the old CSport he really didn't like that car lol.

Lol clio sports are a pain in the arse that metal block that protects the fuel rail you have to remove just to get the spark plugs out and just lack of space lol and the f4r engine is tiny compared to a z22se

I took my rear lights out today and found the connectors may aswell of been unplugged I'm surprised they even worked... I cleaned them all up I know have working rear fog lights and or though the flickering problem is still there my headlights don't flash on and off anymore it seems.. I also cleaned the earth on the body behind the front bumper which looks like the coolant ecu?? But that wasn't to good either..

Nice Ive still got a digi dash and everything to wire solenoids to open the doors but I had the button under the wing mirrors :)
They do fly the flag for the national rust lol
