    Hi Guys, I'm ready to rebuild my Z22SE head, and would greatly appreciate some advice. I have a brand new bare head, a full set of new valves, a full set of new lifters, and a new follower to replace a broken one - oh and my trusty Haines.     can you squeeze the lifters in a vise or is there another way to get them empty ,
