some pics of the header tank hooked up and the system running (not sure where it will go yet.. I hope it fits mounted on the boot wall). Took a while to get all the air out of the system, but all seems to be working now and there's a decent amount of flow. Pics show the bit of a maze of hoses due to the dual pass end plate

8) this is looking well impressive now what's it cost so far? I'm soooo tempted the coupe hasn't left the garage for about 2 weeks now might as well strip the engine and start some work??

if you get a good deal from ebay (my supercharger + manifold cost iro £330), then the bare minimum that you would be aiming to pay is about £1200. I've spent quite a bit more than this since I replaced both chains, bought a 3.1" pulley that I didnt need, dual pass end plate, new boost relief valve, and a wideband lambda sensor etc - I've spent £1650 so far

It looks like a water cooling system for a pc, just need some UV lights in there lol.

If people can get this done for less the 2k i see that this is going to be a popular upgrade.

Yep, and as far as I remind from my old PC watercooling days, these hoses are rates 85 or 105°C no ?

Alignment bungs from courtenays (LSJ head must have M8 holes.. we have M6, so these make sure it's centered)

Idler pulley from courtenays

It bolts onto the outside bolts of the alternator (longer bolts supplied by courtenays)

Injectors changed to Z20LET type (bosch type connectors)

Wiring..

Fuel pipes/belt on

ECU and air filter

Almost done

Clam on but not secured.. cya tomorrow!

What are you waiting on now then? Is it just a trip to the Holy Land of the Tuner that is Courtenay Sport? Are you going to trailer it there or drive it? More importantly, if its drivable, have you been out in it yet?
