New actuator required there I think. Maybe worth a call to Jon Shield at Courtenay, he'll definately be able to get one if not have one in stock maybe.
IIRC there is an oil filling plug on the pulley side of the charger housing.
That didn't take long to come thru' did it. I'm looking forward to this project of yours.
