next job was to fit the head, then set up the cam timing, normally that would take a few minutes but I've used GM vernier sprockets so it took over one hour :eh:
the inlet cam had to be adjusted about 6 degrees and the exhaust just 1 degree, then I primed the brand new oil pump before fitting it (a very wise decision) :thumbup:
next job was the exhaust manifold, I have wrapped it again as the heat was affecting the clam
next was the itb gasket, note the engine breather fitting - which connects to the vacuum takeoff
and then the itb's and engine loom
