I've learned from past mistakes what works and what doesn't, I aim to improve the flow in the obvious places, minor changes produce more results.
the inlet ports are simply corrected so that the sides are straight, the middle section is barely touched, the throat area has the main work done.
the exhaust is different, it is too small, I start by opening out the outlet to the same size as the gasket, then keeping the sides flat work back towards the throat area, then I open the throat area to match the outlet port.
I use various templates + measurements to ensure each port is the same shape as the rest, If I had a flow meter I would use it, but I don't 🙁
