Quickshift

Is there anywhere i can buy the Quickshift online? I don't see anymore of them on ebay, surely they're available somewhere else.

Also, has anyone ever tried the Quaife gear lever assembly? I know it's a little expensive at £325.

I had also found this... I know it's also kind of expensive, but has anyone used it?
