Hello mate,
Please could you just confirm that these photos are definately the respective aternators, as I have an Astra SRi on a Y plate with what I suspect is a faulty alternator, however no-one can seem to confirm whether it is the 100 or the 120, without removing it - which I would like to avoid until the last minute if possible.
The reason that I ask, is that there are clear visual differences between the two, and from looking at mine, and taking photos of it as you guys have suggested, my alternator definetly has the characteristics of the 100amp shown in these photos...
If anyone could confirm this, it would be much appreciated - so pleased I managed to find this site!
