Got my maifold today...bothe centre ports line up,give ot take afew mm....but the outer ones are a bit further out...but i'll get round it...

Neil...Wots the internal diameter of the manifold u got.....hacked my one up 2day and its under 1.5 inchs inside....Is that 2 small....

the primaries are probably just under 2", the downpipes are about 2", the outlet flange is 2.5" dunno..

or there abouts :lol:

Not sure if this is gonna work...the primarys seem to small...less than 1.5 inch dia...but there bigger than the actual port on the gasket....gonna try and get hold of a c20xe 4 branch and see if thats any diff...

just an idea

The tubes are less than 1.1/2" on a c20xe manifold, i was going to use a spare c20xe to
make a manifold for my vx but came to the same conclusion that the tubes are two small.

I have checked the standard Tsudo sizes :roll:

primaries are 40mm, downpipes are 45mm and outlet is 55mm

I modified the 2-1 section pipe sizes on mine, nothing unusual there then :lol:

I bit more progress...welded the downpipe to the new flange .....it looks Poo

Damaged the pipes trying to warm and bend also...

Doesnt look too bad apart from that last pipe, it is proper battered.

the pipe is actually to short,so it needed to stretch lol....needless to say it wont be goin on my car...

Can't you take the exact dimensions you need, length of pipe etc and get your own pipe and bend it and weld it to how you want it?
