Nothing yet i'm afraid. My mates off on a biking trip to Skye so the car will not get looked at untill Tuesday.As i said we will cut a small (15 MM) section out the manifold and plastid weld the hole into a shape to allow the alternator/manifold to fit. The alternative ? To find a smaller size alternator costing what ? My friend's garage is a little way form where i stay however i will do my best to get down and get some photos of the mod. Like i have said earlier in this post lets us hope that i'm one of a very few if any to be effected by this problem. I'm also hoping that cutting into the manifold does not effect any performance gains. cheers..
