Anti clockwise from memory but check handbrake position after a few revs to see if on the right track.
Thats rust on the front discs. Either secondhand pads aint bedded in if changed and left for months or caliper seized. Rust builds up, take that away they arent worn much. Reckon the bag is a packer to induce some tilt on the pad suggesting a problem.
Long story cut as brief as poss. Went to a local national tyre, exhaust and mot place for tyres. Fitter called me over and said "Sir you need new discs, new calipers and new pads, i will get you a price." This was just before it became known on tv to be common practice to charge for unecessary work and how they were ripping people off. Reply to above fitter was something like "they are fine" he was starting to get argumentative and he fetched his boss over who was pretty much the same. Then i just told him i had only just put the two spare drive shafts, hubs, discs, brackets, cv joints etc as a complete assy back on, the pads were not bedded in, i had only done 4 miles.
Apology accepted with an extra 10% off.
Check your new discs for even wear when bedded in.
