Also mate, is the sub in a sealed box behind the front MDF sheet? Reason I ask is that if you've not got a Free Air sub, then running the one you have outside of a sealed container could also caused the amp to spaz out. Reason being is that it's having to work too hard trying to make it move, as it needs to have negative pressure behind the cone to bring it back to the resting position.
