Daz Its the c20 ne....the difference between them are minimal,so hopefully a head,cam and ecu swap will sort it out....Even debating wether to leave it as an ne as the compression ratio is lower as bolt a turbo on for good measure....

Daz Todays update....stayed on for a bit after work ...AGAIN>. But during the day i done this.. Tried cleaning up the Maf but it wasnt having it,so out came some paint.. Cover plates off the bottom of the clutch housing..(i love these boxes for that) Gave the starter and Alt a clean up too.. And 2nites progress. Got me some help in to do the shit jobs..lol Wont be needing these,so cut em off... N/s driveshaft on its way out Think i best keep these ones and fit them to the corsa.. Box out Front seats from cavvy will be goin in too The boy hard at it...(NOT) And finally a shot of them both 2 gether... Think most of wot i need is off now...just need to strip off the rear hubs outside now....
Daz ure the 2nd person today to comment about that headlight...as there was three in row with headlights missing lol
Daz And it continues..not much progress today,,still waiting on our engine stand so i can strip the 2.0 down...so gave the geabox a spruce up. As it woz last nite After a degrease After a whirl with the wire brush on the grinder And started to give it a lick of silver paint. Will finish the box of on monday.... Also gave the geabox front mounting a spruce up and a coat of black.
Daz I will do neil....i need to spend some money now aswell...need to order the modified hubs to take the 2.0 cv's,modified front engine mouting and a few other bits... I cant grumble really as all in atm the mo including the cost of the 2 cars(corsa was free) and some bits and bobs i,ve spent £100...
Dippy Wip the hibs out of the cav and have them machined down if we're working to a budget. Engine mount try Chris Astley Motorsport i think hes the cheapest. He has the shafts too if needed.
Daz Only prob i got twith doin that is i'm already whipping the rear hubs off as there discs,and need at least one set off wheels on the cavvy to get it from the back of my works and down to the scrappy..I managed to find some on ebay tho for £75 the pair,much cheaper than chris astly and lmf...However ording the mount off chris 2nite....the shafts are very expensive wherever u look,but luckily i have a profshaft machineist local who can alter the cavvy ones for me...
