Subject: Engine Z22SE - Broken Timing Chain - Engine damage
My car was Y plate 2001 they took reg no and were able to pull up all data for warranty and modifications.
They advised me that the above mod was done at a particular date when taken in for service. I personally had no knowledge of update to larger lubricator nozel and they stated it would have just been done and not mentioned by vauxhall dealership.
This of course has undermined my appeal for vauxhall to contribute to costs which of course they have declined. :cry: :cry:
Had great difficulty communicating with their customer services - strong regional accents to be pc!! :roll: :roll:
