Yes you can get the steering interface units. The genuine Alpine Interface Kits are roughly £65. They will just plug & play with no problems at all. They are expensive but well worth it as they are hassle free.
The alternative is to buy an Autoleads Interface Kit for about £35 but they are a pain in the ass to set up. I bought one for Christines Corsa and it just wouldn't work properly. So I got a refund and went to Uplands and ordered a genuine part. All good now. I've also got Alpine in the Vectra with the steering control interface.
