YES WORKS ON LOADS OF STUFF BUT IS BEST ON GLASS.

I GOT 2 DOGS AND WITH A LITTLE SQUIRT OF WATER AND A WIPE WITH THE CLOTH ALL THE DOG GOSS IS GONE FROM THE BACK WINDOWS AND CRYSTAL CLEAR.

I NEVER RUB AT PAINTWORK BECAUSE YOU NEVER REALLY KNOW IF YOUVE MISSED A BIT IN THE WASH DO YOU? . . . . AND I DONT WANT A SCRATCH ON ANYTHING.

THE ECLOTH IS TRUSTED ON MY BIKES BODYWORK AND THATS PLASTIC THO THE PRINCIPLES ARE THE SAME AND CONSIDERING I LOVE MY BIKE MORE THAN MY GIRLFRIEND..... AND I TREAT MY GIRLFRIEND VERY WELL. well once a week anyways. 😃

just a quickie............ i would not trust the ecloth on decent alloys! but thats just my preference...... wheels can be a bit funny.

i use the blue cloth on everything except the alloys the reason being the cloth on its own was a fiver. Cleaning the cloth would be a nightmare after.
Plenty of old t-shirts for that little job. puke..

I have had a change of heart!........ and I have a bit of time on my hands until my next wash session :lol:

I will get myself some meg stuff and give it a go to be fair to the others who are prepared to give my wee method a go.

Though I dont think the better half is going to be too chuffed about it.

The reason for this is that when I go in to get the buckets of water to rinse the car I usually make her a cup of tea and have a swift fag at the back door.

Oh well......I think I will have to get patched up and take a flask. :lol:

Your best bet is to go for the three stage system if you are just starting out. All cost about £5.99 from a motor factors / halfrauds. But i personally would buy stage 1 and 2 and then buy a nice wax as the stage 3 wax isnt the best i have come across. OCW is a fantastic wax for silver ask Johnny N. Or somthing like poorboys nattys wax so easy to use i can do a full car in 15mins.

Your other option is use Autoglym using SRP = Super resin polish ( slightly dusty to use but has great masking properties) then top off with a couple of coats of EGP = extra gloss protection. The protection will last ages if you keep topping up EGP.

I will go through my method as described overleaf and apply the megs stuff over I got a black 2.2 estate now which is a little bit rough because of the dogs so will try to mask over first. though I will probably get the waxing bug again and chuck pound after pound again striving for perfection..............just as soon as the weather turns lol Thanks for the advice .....
