it's been designed and is currently in production, pics as soon as it arrives :thumbup:

update;
I have removed the front suspension, fitted the new track rod ends and fitted the new adjustable anti-roll bar with poly bushes.

I also have removed the old ball joints and bushes from the wishbones :thumbup:

next job is to remove the rear clam.... again :confused:

Looking great Neil. One thing that i'm a little puzzled by though, how have you ever worn out the front tyres or did they just rot away due to lack of use?? pmsl..

I have owned the car almost three years and have never changed them, they still had over 3mm tread left but had started to crack, so time for a new pair :thumbup:

update;
I removed the rear clam yesterday and today moved the webcon ecu from the boot to the bulkhead, I also moved the yellow starter relay from the boot to the bulkhead. Now I only have the rear light loom going to the boot :thumbup:

That makes the rear clam removal a much easier task :clap:

I must be getting it confused about the tyres. Did you have them removed for powder coating or something??

I had all four wheels refurbed, fitted two new rear tyres and reused the fronts as they had 5mm thread still (y)

update;

I removed the rear suspension and M32 gearbox yesterday, today I swapped the M32 internals from a 3.94 V2 to a 4.17 V2, I'm still looking for a 4.17 V1 but I'm not prepared to pay £2k for one :wtf:

the 4.17 V2 equates to a 4.55 F23 8)

that is the reset button and led indicator for my Innovate air/fuel gauge, I hide it out of the way so it's not pressed accidently - which would mean the lambda sensor had to come out to be re-calibrated :thumbdown:

I have removed the original ecu and fuel pump relays, so just the yellow start relay left from the factory loom

The three new relays below the alpha ecu are; rad fan, fuel pump and ecu

You can replace the yellow relay by a normal one if you want (it works), then you can put all the 4 of them in a clean relay box :p
