There isnt 1 its just morrisons, your allowed 2 hours but I was 2hour n 37 mins.

Bastards iv only got untill tomorow to get it at 50quid but to apeal iv got till the 17th but if I dont win the apeal I will have to pay 85quid soooo I dont know what to do. N only got the letter today so they dont give much choice.

Its because its near the sea front in skegness so everyone parks in there n goes for a walk round theshops n arcades etc but I swear I was shopping and it was really busy cos it was close to christmas then we went in the cafe in morrisons for some dinner........... honest

I have apealed it but only got untill tomorow to pay 50 quid or I will have to pay 85 if I loose the apeal so I dont really k ow what to do.
I think I will just have to pay them the 50quid tomorow but I will be nicking 50 4 pints of milk from morrisons to recoup the cost hahahaha.

I would call them up and ask how the fee of £85 is reached and how I've got the option to pay £50 in 2 days instead? Why does it cost £35 more if I can't afford to pay it sooner rather than later? It doesn't cost £85 to print off and send u the notice and no staff are employed to go around the car park so no salaries to pay staff issuing tickets.
