Got a average of 39mpg today in the vxr doing 77mph on a 70 mile run on motorway.

Been running my z20let coupe on LPG for a while now, no idea of mpg but at 50p/L who cares 😉

Does it run well on lpg? Mines a guzzler as its a 2.8 v6t so I think it's quite good.

Can't tell the difference, runs spot on even under full boost. 39mpg isn't bad, but no point in having a fast car if you can't enjoy it 🙂

installed new oem shocks with eibach 30mm spings in it today.

yep. although all those parts were done a few years back. doing the rear bumper in the next few days. prepped it yesterday ready for primer,

Bloke who brought the Astra off me text me the other day.... Says the engine is using a lot of oil and its going to cost him over £1000 to fix....

I offered him £200 to buy the Astra back, he didn't reply...:whistle:

Was nothing wrong with it when it left here and had been in full use everyday until my insurance started on the VXR!

I would have said scrap it, its not worth spending 1000quid on fixing it.

He couldn't explain what the £1000 would be for. I feel he was just trying to get some money out of me and there was nothing wrong..

Don't ask me, he wouldn't get anything.. I've had people make stuff up before and say they want money to cover it, when there's nothing wrong in the first place.

I sold a quad to my brother in law n about 5 hours later(after him n his mate had nailed it up n down the estate) he rang me n said your quads fucked, I said I ant got a quad its yours..... thats family juat about hahaha.
