I just spent most of it at work... first i replaced the ABS reluctor rings on the CV joints of my mates Rover 45, then cleaned out the drums and adjusted the handbrake....
Then i said i would help another mate with his 2.2 Vectra C, changeing the inner track rods... now i took one look underneath and though... oh shit :cautious:
Anyway me and Mark (he's on here) removed the entire subframe to get at the rack, then replaced the inner and outer track rods... found loads of PAS fluid in the boots... so the racks leaking :unsure:
Had to put it back together anyway for the time being, probably been leaking for ages to gather all that fluid in there anyway (wasnt as bad as the Mrs Zafira, that was dripping out the boots !)
Then i was told there is a speacial tool for doing the rack ends so you dont have to removed the subframe :facepalm:
Ah well.... the Mrs is working tonight, so the Xbox is comeing out for a good Forza session if all goes to plan later :sneaky:
