JohnnyN Following on from my plans for an oil change, I went back to Halfords tonight and bought myself a mains power LED Inspection lamp. £7.99!!!! 30 LED's producing 390 lux at 0,5 mtrs. Very bright at close range whilst working on your engine. :thumbup:

I lost my inspection lamp, no idea what I did with it, so when I go to Halfords tomorrow to pick up a new air freshener and some engine flush, I'll see if they have got those for that price.
JohnnyN I hate oil changes! My first attempt since the SC and I now know why I travel 263 miles and pay Courtenay to change the oil and filter. It was a nightmare changing the filter. My hands are so sore. I had to manouvre the filter up behind the rad from under the car. There is no way it's going in from the top. I got it done eventually. No pics of this as I was too angry! I have taken some pics of my poor damaged hands and arms though.
Matt Ouch! My hands looked the same when I had to change the bulbs in the headlights in the Astra. Least it's done now though John
