CTS what type on z22se

right been talking to a few and they say the rough idle problem can be the CTS as this don't give any codes out .. so I got one from Vauxhall ready to do today , but its looks like the old type temp sender from the x20 ,, brass screw in one ,with two pin plug .. but I can not find it on the engine where they are on the block/head ...

I need to do mine too.. don't think they're available in the club shop any more,, £12 on ebay if not.. meant to price it up at the Vx dealer but forgot.

Always buy genuine sensors.. learned that one from the X18XE1 ... the £12 ebay one is GM..

thanks Carlo ,, that's the one I have from GM ,so that's good ,,so used to the thermostat being on the front off all my motors , as sais getting my head around this new motor is making my head hurt ...lol ..

great so will sort that out too AS SOON as this rain stops ......

BBAAHHHH.. had a break in the rain went out swaped over the CTS , started car up all nice at 9k idle , then gets warm back down to 650k revs lumpy still so this not sorted out the problem ...SO on going to find whats doing it ..
