Has Powerflow cooked my ecu??!!

Had the car over to powerflow to have a new cat & flexi fitted a couple of weeks ago and have had problems ever since. Seems to be running massively rich, tickover is pants and also when you dip the clutch to change gear, the revs climb by about 1000rpm then drop. I've changed every sensor except the crank sensor and it's still the same. i'm sort of wondering if they've done some damage to the ecu map? Courtenays say they can re-flash a spare ecu if i post it over with transponder & chip at a cost of £95 + VAT + postage.
Bunged it on OPCOM just now and Bank 1 sensor 2 is showing constantly RICH whereas sensor one fluctuated between RICH & LEAN.
Any ideas guys?

Could they ave damaged the second O2 sensor?

Vid Damaged his when he got a downpipe fitted to his 2.2 and it ran like a bag of nails and the revs would try drop.

Maybe, but i've changed every sensor except crank sensor. Even changed the coil pack and TB just in case and still have the problem.

I think vid's actual problem was the connector on the wire.

what's the readings on the lambdas ?
i had a dead front lambda from water damage

Out of interest, what parameters do you use to compare against OPCOM?

top 4 in that image the sensor after the cat will be higher than the front lambda
heres the same with a new front lambda

If they've been welding with the ECU and battery still connected, maybe that's the cause?

I would have thought powerflow as a company would have the brains to put them serge protector things on the battery or disconnect completely but you never know

They defo didn't lift the bonnet this time. Sensor1 fluctuates between 62 and 985 when the engine is warm. Sits around 800 while cold.

This is what I'm wondering. Got another ecu setup arriving this week so I'll bung it on and see how it runs.

Do you know how to divorce and re marry ecus etc?

If u do what you using to do it?

Wasn't aware you had on these. Long as you change the transponder & chip I thought it was all plug n play.
