Cos I ant got 400quid for the bigger turbo n injectors etc and because we still arnt 100% sure its going to work right. N im not massive on power, I just wanted to do something abit different.

I may go bigger eventually but then I would need alot bigger brakes and then I woupd need bigger wheels n it goes further and further haha

Yeh n then I would need a new clutch n 6 speed gearbox aswell lol.

no spark or opcom says crank sensor. So no spark

@[deleted] has just brought a good point to my attention.

new ecu but I still have my key and my transponder.

but the ecu is paired with my immobiliser.

I have no immobiliser faults.

I have faults
crank sensor
power steering and
coolant level

I can fix 1 of the above faults (fill my coolant up)

But im abit stumped.

how did you extend the loom for it? can you see the sensor status with opcom?

No im using the webcon sensor.

I extended the loom with solder and shrink wrap.

and fitted a ev1 plug at the other end to match the webber sensor.

soldered like this then bent the tabs over and fitted
the plug

could be its not compatable with the ecu. try using the z20net sensor.

Well this happened tonight.

net sensor clears fault

so a bracket was made.

gonna get some more cable tomorrow and redo the trigger wheel wiring with net plug.

Well wired it up(quick bodge job to test)

N no spark so started looking abit deeper at the intrustions on the trigger wheel just to triple check everything was right n checked the part number on the webcon site n its a 36-1 not a 60-2 so I think I found the fault.

next step- strip net engine n get net trigger wheel n see if I can mount it externally. So if anyone has a net trigger wheel just lying around that they dont want, let me know.

Yeh the trigger wheel is 36-1 where I need 60-2

got to try n mount the net trigger wheel onto the pulley.

So next job is strip the net engine tomorrow.

If I knew what I was doing or looking at I would have known when I recieved the wheel
(like I do now)

60-2 theres 58 teeth and 2 missing so I think it is how its wrote 60-2=58teeth
where the wheel I have is 36-1so I have 35 teeth.

i hope that makes sence.

found a few online but its not like its something I can just grab locally and bolt on. So gonna take time. But gonna strip the other engine n see if I can do anything with the standard 1
