AAAAAAAHHHHHH. its finally happened, I knew it was going to well.
Problem 1: so the studs on the exhaust manifold are £5odd each and the nuts are £1.50 each. So gonna find a way to get the nuts off the studs.
Problem 2: thermostat housing gets in the way of the cat so that needs further modification.
Problem 3: the gear linkages are touching said cat but may be a different case once the cat is fitted better, but they will still be close so I may need to make a heat shield for them. 
Not sure if you can see but the turbo should be about 20mm further down on the pic to mount up
