Just a quick update, got all my emails back, just couldn't think this morning when we talked about it earlier. I knew I must have the old .pst data file when I backed up all the AppData from My Documents.

Update.....
got ecu reset first thing

got all the loom swapped over, not as easy as it sounds. I have a few small issues but im sure they can be fixed, I have a plug that says oil cooler on(no oil cooler being fitted) so that may cause issues.

I have a few plugs that arnt long enough which I have extended with my old loom.

got the modified thermostat housing fitted.

Gonna keep plodding along a few hours at night untill its done.

So the builds going quite well so far.

I have a few plugs on the car and a few in the loom that dont match, I need to look through my photos to see whats what.

but im thinking ahead abit to the boost/vacuum gauge, @[deleted] I think said about coming from the inlet manifold, can I just T from this?

I've took aloo at you intake manifold and seems the same as the LK(/Saab manifold.
As for running a boostgauge, I'm going from this pipe below the green mark on the black ribbed hose (or 10 0'clock from TB hole). I'm not sure what is attached to this vacuumpipe in OEM situation, but in my situation it's free of use.... so use it for a boostgauge/bov/FPR etc.

Another thing: I found out that the vacuumpipe from the EVAP (hard plastic vacuumpipe under the purple connector) can not be connected to the intake manifold cause the EVAP cannot handle boost. This is what I was told. The SC guys run it pre-compressor (so non-boost). To run it non-boost on a turbo I'm gonna make a new vacuumline from the EVAP valve to my intake pipe (between filter and turbo). In that way it only sees vacuum and petrolfumes are able to flow out of the tank, into your system and be burnt.

Btw, what mapsensor are you running and how is this fitted? I'm running the bosch 2.5 bar one, but the OEM sensorhole is a bit to large so I came up with this until my box with rubber washers arrive and I can see if a bigger rubber washer will do the trick:

That nipple next to it is also a good boostgauge source btw...

Yeh the bit you have pointed out is the pupe I have circled.
the hard plastic pipe is SE, it was a return breather type thing for the tank because theres no return for fuel on se but there is on the Z20NET, Its now gone. For my application n I need to run a return fuel pipeto the tank.

All my sensors are standar NET I can get you the part numbers if it helps

I think that has a good size plug which has 1 of them slidy locky things. N if it does I think I do.

dam it. I knew I should have kept that head here for future ref. Ohwell. I may have to get you to post me a few bits up if thats ok.

I havnt checked yet. But im hopeing adrian flux will be nice. Gonna give them a ring tonight

When i changed over to Adrian flux my insurrance went up a whooping £7 over the year compared to my old insurer and thats everything declared bumper, wheels exhaust charger etc.

How about a 1-way valve in that EVAP line? That way the fumes will be drawn into the inlet manifold under deceleration and avoids compressing air and fumes by going pre-turbo?

so i have a few plugs and sockets that im not sure about(which isnt good)

and a few bits of pipe that i need to modify maybe.

firstly i need the bracket for this from carls(dam)

this was a breather type pipe but is a return to the fuel tank, so im hopeing to just swap them over for the return on the fuel

this i have no clue at the minute

this is a sensor of some sort hanging out the front of the block. not sure

these 2 sickets sit under the inlet manifold, again no clue but thought the little plug in picture 3 went in the right socket but i cant seam to get it in, so again no clue

this is the plug for the trigger wheel, but i cant find any connectors that match it, so i dont know what to do with that either(im good arnt i)

can this be split? as the end isnt long enough to get to the front of the inlet manifold so i need to use the half of the NET 1 i have

and lastly the little pipe circled here is on the net head, i think its nothing to do with an se but i know NOTHING by the looks of it.

all going really well.
