thats what would be fitted from the factory(i believe) on the z20net engine so worse case is i have to go to main dealer for 1

just talking to a mapping guy n hes alittle worried about the z20net injectors, should he be? anyone know any info on injectors?
I knowi can run LET B207R, VXR OR NET, but you all know me, cheaper the better haha

Second hand let injectors be your cheapest option bud

Not bad money either 20quid, ok are the plugs different? I didnt want to butcher the loom but if there gonna give better performance and future proof a little its worth doing.

There not alot then. So 30 quid would be worth it, I might get them injectors when I grab the bonnet.

Got a few more bits today, m14x1.5 AN10 fitting for the water to the thermostat housing.

do I need a copper washer between the cast turbo housing and the alloy fitting?

and got my egr blanking plate, thanks @[deleted].

just waiting on a banjo bolt n stilll need to get the sump gasket, oil n oil filter.

oh n a new intercooler cos thats fuxked aswell(great donor car)

I would use 1 layer of teflon and a copper washer. Not sure if this is necesery but that's what I would do.

So to make things clear: You tapped a feed from the thermostat housing and a return to the waterpump. Correct?
I'm still looking for non-drill-tap options. Drain/refill my coolant is not a thing I realy want to do on a VX...

Im not going off the water pump, im using the standard pipe that comes from the front of the head on a z20net.

I pointed the difference between the z20net n z22se pipes earlier in the thread but this is off the car but the metal pipe at the back is damaged but I have a good 1 on my new turbo but you should get the idea.

i have got an AN FITTING and probably enough fittings and braided hose to go from the water pump but i like the look of it looking standard.

I got a z22se thermostat housing and a weld on AN10 alloy fitting n sent it off for welding (should be here In the next day or so).

Got the banjo bolt for the turbo today it is a m12x1.5 banjo, its alittle long so I will have to shorten it slightly, I need a few copper washes etc and some allen bolts but getting there.
