Been on holiday for a week hence slow reply, any alloy bits you want welding mark them up and chuck them in a box and send them down mate (y)

oil 1 pipes easy and the other is going to be tricky but I think I can manage it.

shame you are not closer as I've got a selection of common size taps with matching drill bits in 12mm you may need to go up to 14/16mm to get big enough bore size though?

I will measure the inside of the original return pipe and go as close to that as possible.

Im undecided, everyone says to get rid of it but I think I will try painting black behind it first, if it still looks pants al put the original back on

If your car was black then no problem I just left the original in my vec c when had it.

I like the Irmscher grill for the vec c but wouldn't pay the price for one

its either standard or the v has been painted black or it has a fake irmy grill or a propper irmy grill.

I'm tapping a M12x1.5 thread to suit a M12x1.5 to 10AN fitting:

My oil feed is 4AN with a 1.5mm oil restrictor. With a 10AN return,the return will be larger then the feed so would be OK I recon.
M12x1.5 needs a 10.5mm drillhole.

Are you drilling and tapping yours in the car? Or is your engine out @[deleted] ?
