Hey Buddy, Sorry I've not got back to you quicker, Been working a lot. Anyway, been looking into manifold desighn some more and I found a good few things to incorporate into the design. You need to make a brew, and take a while to read this artical carefully to understan the effects certain changes in design make.

I'm happy with the scetch youve drawn up with JP, in principle it looks good, but I think we could make some carefull additional specifications to it.
I read that you can get the best of both a 4-1 manifold in terms of peak power and the midrange torque of a 4-2-1 by using a 4-2-1 with steeped header pipe sizes. So at each collector, I.e. where the first primarys join and then again where the secondarys join, we should step up by 5mm or so. Aparently, steping the header prevents the exhaust flow from traveling backwards to the engine. This gives is an "ant-revision" charecteristic giving a broader power band, and becouse of the increase in cross sectional area you achive a greater peak torque figure.
Come on people! we just need a couple of more people and this can go ahead! 😃
