size before hand the stainless flange is what my head is ported to 🙂

made a start carbide burr 1st then flap wheel

diy flap wheel and a new roll of emery cloth

going in to hospital in the morning to get my hand cut open so will be out of action for 2 weeks for working on this and doing chain fitting

didnt happen went in for 9:30am sat around for a bit got called in then sat around abit
got seen and then sent for another xray they didn't do the op but they want me to go back and have an ultrasound on it

i don't think they were convinced it needed taking out apart from the lump and the stabbing pain ive had the last 5 months
there were some concerns that the pain after the op would be more than im getting now and that there would be a scar
that and the fact is close to the nerve and could be stuck to the tendon

I mean really?? got a second opinion and was told not to worry all is fine 🙂

liver failure lol must be your insides moving about from all that power in the corsa 🙂

as for the hand thanks to all the prodding and poking today its now swollen
right between the 2 middle knuckles

lol got fedup with dads hammering of the walls so went and played with the head

cleaned the face and tapped the threads

not going to do much was just to remove the casting lines
