It is very likely your timing will be out the woodruff key holds the crankshaft sprocket in position so if the key has broken then potentially the crankshaft will not be turning when you try to start car.
you will probably have to re set the timing once you have a new woodruff key
Actually it should say the chain and cams will not be turning with the crankshaft as one
