z22se has longer duration, the B207 has a shorter ramp and very peaky as a turbo cam usually is.
I fitted some b207r cams into a 250bhp SC z22se and it lost 3 bhp, the b207r cams are better than the b207l cams in the new saab engines, so expect at least 5bhp loss of power
i had the thought of fitting just the z22se inlet cam and leave the b207r ex cam to retain the vacuum pump whats you thoughts @[deleted] ?
found this info on a saab forum
Naturally, the camshaft profiles were revised to assist the increased breathing capacity of the turbo. Although cam lift remains the same on both inlet and exhaust, the breathing cycles have been altered. Even though the Aero's inlet cam duration is the same (235 degrees) as on the standard engines the overlaps differ.
The biggest change is on the exhaust cam with its 240-degree duration — 10 more than the standard version to help expel the higher volumes of waste gasses.
and this chart from the saab ecotec performance guide

my understanding of the profiles are limited and ive not yet learnt how to read the above chart :S
